He advises clients on a wide range of complex intellectual property matters, specialising in trade marks, brand protection and enforcement, intellectual property commercialisation, designs, domain names and Australian Consumer Law and passing off issues.
Caelan regularly assists clients with trade mark clearance and associated strategic advice, trade mark prosecution, contested trade mark matters before the Australian Trade Marks Office and the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand, pre-litigation enforcement and domain name disputes, as well as litigated proceedings before the Federal Court and Full Federal Court of Australia.
