Caroline combines corporate legal expertise with a background in taxation law to deliver strategic and technical advice to clients. Her practice covers a wide range of matters, including charity formation and registration, governance and compliance (including regulatory investigations), and tax exemptions and concessions in relation to income tax, GST, fringe benefits tax, land tax, stamp duty and deductible gift recipient status.
