Biography
Danielle is a lawyer in our Disputes and Investigations group.She advises on a broad range of litigious matters, including contractual disputes, equity and trusts matters, franchising disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, and all types of disputes under the Mining Act 1978 (WA). Danielle also has extensive experience in public and regulatory investigations such as royal commissions and investigations by authorities such as AFCA, ASIC and AUSTRAC.
Danielle advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in energy, infrastructure and metals and mining.
