Dom McGreal

Biography

Dom is a partner in our Banking and Projects group.

As one of Western Australia’s leading resources and energy financing lawyers, he advises sponsors, borrowers, lenders and creditors on domestic and cross-border financings. His experience spans project and development finance, acquisition and corporate finance, alternative capital, derivatives and hedging, metal streaming, royalties and international offtake arrangements.

Dom has advised on some of the market’s most complex and landmark resources financings. He is particularly known for mandates where debt, hedging and offtake need to work together as a single financing solution, across commodities including gold, copper, nickel, lithium and uranium.
