Biography
Edmund is a lawyer in our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group.He has a broad banking and finance practice, with experience across project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance.
Edmund focuses on the infrastructure sector and has significant experience advising banks, private credit funds and sponsors on infrastructure financings, including AI infrastructure, across the Asia-Pacific region.
Edmund is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, New South Wales (Australia) and Hong Kong.
