Elouise Dellit

Biography

Elouise is a special counsel in our Banking and Projects group.

She is experienced in acting for sponsors/borrowers and lenders/creditors across a full range of domestic and international financing transactions, asset classes and capital structures.

Elouise has experience working in Perth, Sydney, and New York as in-house at a range of financial services organisations, and she is currently an Associate Lecturer at Curtain University.

Elouise advises across a broad range of sectors including banking and financial services, mining, energy and renewables (including Waste to Energy), infrastructure, and real estate.

Elouise is qualified as a lawyer in Australia and New York.

Experience

Elouise's experience includes advising:

  • StockCo Group in respect of its own corporate borrowing arrangements, providing advice on the Personal Property Securities Act and other relevant legislation and negotiating priority arrangements.

  • Porter Finance on its equipment finance documentation.

  • Fidelity Capital on its precedent master lease agreement and ensuring compliance with the Unfair Contract Terms regime.

  • Solido and Balmain in relation to a real estate finance transaction.

  • Sydney Motorway Corporation in relation to the $1.7 billion senior financing of the M4 widening and extension in Sydney.

  • Phoenix Energy on the project financing of Australia's first large-scale waste-to-energy project in Kwinana, WA.

  • Societe Generale on the financing of Genex Power’s 50MW Kidston solar farm in Queensland.

  • Grocon in relation to the financing of its acquisition of the IMAX Entertainment and Retail Complex in Darling Harbour, NSW.

  • Singapore-listed Bonvests Holdings in relation to the financing of its acquisition of the Four Points by Sheraton in Perth.

  • ANZ, Westpac and NAB on a variety of real estate and corporate financing transactions in NSW and Victoria.
