Felicia Cheng

Biography

Felicia is a knowledge lawyer in our Disputes and Investigations group.

She supports the team by updating them on legal developments in financial regulation and enforcement, class actions and other areas relevant to the group’s practice. Felicia manages the group’s training program and precedent systems and provides guidance on law and procedure.

Felicia has 14 years of experience as a litigation and arbitration lawyer, with expertise in energy, technology, shareholder and commercial disputes. She is admitted in the ACT, England and Wales and Hong Kong.

Before joining G+T, Felicia spent six years as a knowledge lawyer at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. In that role, she worked on legal innovation projects involving artificial intelligence and contributed to law reform consultation responses.

She regularly publishes on arbitration and ADR, governing law and jurisdiction clauses, enforcement, directors’ duties, employment, technology disputes, data privacy, investigations and anti-bribery and corruption. Her past roles have included co-editor of the HKIAC / HK45 newsletter and contributing editor of the arbitration volume of the Hong Kong White Book.
