Francesca is a lawyer in our Intellectual Property and Technology group.She advises on the development, protection and management of intellectual property rights, including trade mark, copyright, design and patent infringement and enforcement. Francesca also assists clients with privacy law compliance and data protection matters.
She advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in healthcare and life sciences and technology.
