Biography
Grace is a lawyer in our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group.She advises on projects, transactions and commercial contracts. Grace has experience drafting and negotiating key transaction and project documents including joint venture, land access and sale purchase agreements, as well as advising on native title and cultural heritage matters in contractual negotiations.
Grace advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in energy and resources projects.
