Biography
Grace is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group.She advises on the formation and management of investment funds across a range of asset classes. Grace’s experience includes acting for fund managers, trustees, investors and superannuation funds on financial services licencing, trustee duties and obligations, fund establishment, investments into foreign domiciled funds, continuation vehicles and windings up.
Grace advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private capital and real estate.
