Biography
Hugh is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group.He advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and equity capital markets transactions, foreign investment in Australia and corporate governance matters.
His experience includes a secondment to AMP Group advising on the $3bn sale of AMP Group’s wealth protection and mature businesses to Resolution Life, working as part of the AMP Group M&A transaction team.
