Biography
Ishma is a lawyer in our Banking and Finance group.She advises borrowers and lenders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance and general corporate finance matters. Ishma also has experience advising clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including the sale of distressed assets and debt.
Ishma advises clients across all sectors with a particular interest in private equity, social investing and infrastructure finance.
She is also admitted to practice in New Zealand.
