He has extensive experience advising financial sponsors, bank and fund clients on their largest and most complex sponsor-backed financing structures in the Australian leveraged finance market. He has experience advising on syndicated cov-lite term loan B financings, club and bilateral facilities, bank and bond structures, unitranche financings and post-IPO financings.
