Biography
Jamie is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group.He advises fund managers on all aspects of establishing wholesale and retail investment funds, including structuring, fund formation, performance incentives such as carry arrangements and employee share schemes, licensing and regulatory matters and general corporate advisory.
Jamie advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private capital and venture capital funds.
