He advises sponsors, financiers and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions across all sectors.

He has extensive experience across a broad range of areas within banking and finance, including leveraged and acquisition finance, property and construction finance, corporate and funds finance, project and infrastructure finance (including PPPs, mining and resources), complex structured finance, distressed debt and restructurings. His experience also includes advising clients on US and European style financings.
