She advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, and has advised and appeared for clients in various Courts and Tribunals including the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Mining Warden’s Court and the State Administrative Tribunal. Jessica also advises on regulatory action by WorkSafe, ASIC, ASX, the ACCC, the Privacy Commissioner and Royal Commissions.
Jessica advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in native title, cultural heritage and agreement-making, acting for both First Nations parties and project proponents.
