Biography
Josh is a lawyer in our Banking and Projects group.He advises on a range of banking and finance matters, including acquisition/leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending.
Joshua advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private equity, real estate and infrastructure. He has assisted both lenders and borrowers in secured, unsecured, syndicated and club loan arrangements, and has acted on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
