Biography
Justin is a lawyer in our Disputes and Investigations group.He advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual matters, regulatory investigations, insolvency, due diligence, and issues under corporations law such as schemes of arrangement and breaches of directors’ duties.
Justin advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in restructuring and insolvency, claims for breach of directors’ duties, class-actions and contractual disputes.
