Biography

Kerry-Lee is a special counsel in our Banking and Projects group.

She offers strategic guidance to sponsors, lenders and borrowers on complex financial issues, including corporate and structured finance.

With a wealth of experience in corporate and syndicated financing transactions, she leverages her deep industry knowledge gained from previous roles at The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited and Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc.

  • Quadrant Private Equity and its portfolio company Pacific Hunter Group in relation to their syndicated debt facilities.

  • Quadrant Private Equity and its portfolio company Fitness and Lifestyle Group in relation to their syndicated debt facilities.

  • Busways Group in relation to its corporate financing arrangements.

  • Harris Farm Markets in relation to its corporate financing arrangements.

  • CBA and HSBC as mandated arrangers and bookrunners to the Junior Lenders in relation to corporate financing arrangements provided to the Pact Group Holdings Limited group.

  • CBA as sole mandated arranger and bookrunner to the Junior Lenders in relation to corporate financing arrangements provided to the G8 Education Limited group.

  • Bain Capital and its prior portfolio company Retail Zoo in relation to their syndicated debt facilities.

  • Pacific Equity Partners and The Carlyle Group in relation to the unitranche facility for their prior acquisition of iNova Pharmaceuticals.

  • Macquarie Bank as Super Senior Lender in relation to the unitranche facilities refinancing package provided to Bain Capital’s Only About Children.
