Kishan Mathy

He regularly advises both domestic and international private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate borrowers, financial institutions and private credit funds on a wide range of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, with a particular focus on complex leveraged and acquisition financings at various levels in the capital structure (including senior bank, unitranche, cov-lite, super senior and mezzanine financings).

Kishan has previously worked at a top-tier US firm in London.
