Liliane Meunier

She advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent litigation, IP infringement and compliance. She assists clients with IP disputes, including proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, as well as commercial and legal risk management, compliance reviews and best-practice assessments.

Liliane also advises on consumer product clearance, therapeutic goods regulation, food and beverage laws, advertising and other regulatory matters.

She works with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular interest in healthcare and life sciences, consumer and retail, technology and mining sectors.
