Biography
Matteo is a lawyer in our Technology and Digital group.He advises on commercial, technology and regulatory matters, including the development and rollout of new technologies, electronic surveillance frameworks and public–private partnerships involving online safety obligations.
Matteo also advises on complex, high-value mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on privacy and data protection, cyber security and artificial intelligence. His experience spans due diligence, risk allocation and transaction documents.
He also advises on emerging privacy and online safety issues, including regulatory engagement and submissions on legislative reform.
Matteo works with clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in emerging technologies, legislative reform and digital regulation.
