She advises fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and formation of private investment funds across different asset classes including private capital, private credit and real estate debt funds, in addition to the carried plan and co-investment deals associated with these funds.

Further, Michelle advises Australian institutional investors, fund of funds and family offices on their investments in offshore alternative investments funds. Michelle also advises on a broad range of regulatory issues relating to private investment funds including FIRB and Australian financial services licensing law.
