Biography
Morgan is a lawyer in our Real Assets team.He specialises in complex real estate, infrastructure and energy transactions, advising sponsors, financiers and institutional investors on structured deals across asset classes.
Morgan has acted on some of the largest and most high-profile real asset transactions in Australia and the United States, including multi-billion dollar M&A, large-scale developments, cross-border financings and complex restructurings. He is admitted to practise in both Australia and New York State.
