Biography
Nicholas is a lawyer in our Financial Services Regulatory group.He advises on the financial services laws and their application to traditional and emerging businesses.
Nicholas specialises in delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice to banks, private lenders and credit intermediaries on issues arising out of the provision of consumer and commercial credit. He regularly advises clients on regulatory changes in the financial services sector and provides innovative solutions to lenders establishing new lending programs or credit products. Nicholas also undertakes regulatory due diligence for clients acquiring loan portfolios and credit businesses and is experienced in assisting clients in their dealings with ASIC, AFCA and APRA.
