Phoebe Hinton

She advises on a range of social justice issues, including employment, anti-discrimination, not-for-profit law, human rights and youth justice. Phoebe focuses on supporting First Nations self-determination, people with disabilities, refugees and organisations addressing human rights issues.

Phoebe advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in race and disability discrimination matters and litigation that advances human rights. She also has experience in workplace investigations, industrial relations disputes and health and safety law.
