Biography
Rachael is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group.She advises on private capital transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory matters. Rachael works with a wide variety of clients including private equity firms, large multinational corporations and founder owned businesses. Rachael has practised in the UK and is admitted in both Australia and England and Wales.
Rachael advises clients across a wide variety of sectors, with a particular interest in private capital, technology, media and communications, consumer and retail and healthcare and life sciences.
