He primarily advises on fund formation, ongoing funds management (including advising on carried interest arrangements, portfolio building (including acquisitions and divestments), co-investment arrangements, investment management arrangements and nominee arrangements) and fund wind-ups, across a range of asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, debt and real estate.
Rishabh also advises on financing documents for venture capital clients, provides general corporate advice to a range of corporate clients and has experience advising on and obtaining foreign investment approval under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 in relation to complex and significant cross-border transactions.
He advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in venture capital and startups.
