Ryan is a lawyer in our Banking and Projects group.He advises borrowers, sponsors and lenders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition and general corporate finance matters.
Ryan advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in real estate and private capital.
