Sam has assisted corporates, PE firms and other private capital managers, founders, family offices and governments on each stage of the investment lifecycle, including the acquisition and disposal of assets and companies (both regulated and private treaty), joint ventures, equity arrangements, capital raisings, reorganisations and commercial contracts.
He has advised clients on transformational transactions in a range of sectors spanning healthcare, technology, manufacturing, real assets, infrastructure and energy. Sam has established a reputation for advising on novel and complex transaction structures, including continuation funds and GP stakes investments.
Sam has also completed the Level 1 and Level 2 CFA examinations.
