Sophia is a lawyer in our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure group.She advise clients across the public and private sectors on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and farm-ins and due diligence. Sophia also assists clients in navigating the regulatory frameworks relevant to these transactions, including the ASX Listing Rules.
Sophia advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in the energy and resources sector.
