Biography
Sophie is a lawyer in our Banking and Finance group.She advises sponsors, financiers and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending.
Sophie advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in private capital, healthcare and real estate. She has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, syndicated facilities and club deals.
