Tiffany is a lawyer in our Real Assets group.She advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions and real estate, with experience in complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. She also advises on real estate matters arising in connection with these transactions.
Tiffany advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in real estate and infrastructure, as well as the broader corporate and investment activity that drives these sectors.
