Biography
Vanessa is a lawyer in our Corporate Advisory group.She practices in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory. Vanessa has experience advising on a range of domestic and cross border transactions including IPOs, secondary raisings, acquisitions and disposals, as well as on the ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act and corporate governance issues.
Vanessa previously worked in the Listings Compliance division at ASX, Perth, where she gained valuable insights into the application of the ASX Listing Rules and ASX policy.
She advises clients across a range of sectors including health care and life science, technology and energy and resources.
