Biography
Yan is a lawyer in our Disputes and Investigations group.She advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, claims involving misleading or deceptive conduct, professional negligence and property-related matters.
She has acted in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Australia and superior courts in other states.
