The Department of Home Affairs has issued its draft guidance “Modern Slavery Act 2018: Draft Guidance for Reporting Entities” (Draft Guidance) for the new Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the Act).

Claire is active with the Resources and Energy Law Association and was involved in the development of the model production joint venture and the model framework royalty deed, as well as the model access agreement for Western Australia. Claire is also a member of the Mining Legislation Committee of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
