Gina has advised on some of the largest, most contentious and complex merger clearance matters for acquisitions and joint ventures in Australia and New Zealand. Gina is known for achieving commercial results through creative solutions and perseverance even when previous applications for clearance have been refused.
Gina was a Fulbright Scholar at UC Berkeley from 1986 - 87, majoring in US competition law, financial institutions regulation and securities regulation.
