Lauren Shave

Lauren is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin's Disputes + Investigations group in Perth. 

Lauren has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes and regularly appears in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and before the Mining Warden. 

In particular, Lauren specialises in resources, native title, administrative law and work health and safety. 

Lauren has a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia, and is a former President of the WA Branch of the Energy and Resources Law Association and current member of the Australian Resources and Energy law Journal editorial board.
