Robert Trowbridge

Robert is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Banking + Projects group.

Robert’s practice focuses on corporate, structured, acquisition, project finance and restructuring, having acted for lenders, borrowers and sponsors on many high-profile international and cross-border financings in a broad range of sectors including oil and gas, infrastructure, mining and retail.  He also specialises in subscription line financing. Robert is qualified as a solicitor in Australia and the UK.

Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin, he qualified and practised law at a top-tier Australian firm before spending nearly three years as an associate in the banking and finance department of top-tier London based law firm.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science & Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University.  He is admitted to practice law in New South Wales, Victoria and England and Wales.
