Inside the clerkship experience

From your first welcome coffee to partner debriefs, the G+T clerkship is fast-paced, hands-on and full of real moments that shape your growth. Here's how it all comes together:

1. Welcome and onboarding
Start with a structured welcome and training program that sets you up for success, including introductions to our people, platforms and practice areas.
2. Becoming part of the team
You'll be placed into a practice group where you'll work alongside lawyers on real matters, attend meetings and collaborate on tasks that matter.
3. Learning through real support
Expect real feedback, approachable supervisors and lots of chances to ask questions and build your technical confidence.
4. Mentoring and development
You'll be paired with mentors and buddies who support your learning, help you navigate the firm and guide you through your clerkship experience.
5. Culture beyond the work
From clerkship sports to firm social events, you'll connect with people at every level, not just in meeting rooms.

A message from our founder
