Gilbert + Tobin has advised Australian venture capital investment firm Carthona Capital on the establishment and first closing of Carthona Fund Three. The Fund has received $100 million of a planned $200 million third fund.
Carthona Capital is a venture capital investment firm founded in 2014 with an increased focus on web3 companies.
