G+T is pleased to announce the appointment of Holly Sara as a partner in the firm’s Disputes and Investigations team in Sydney. Holly is a highly regarded litigator with extensive experience advising on some of Australia’s most complex commercial disputes, class actions and regulatory investigations.

Holly’s arrival builds on the recent appointment of Daniel Moloney to the Disputes and Investigations team in Melbourne. It reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in top-tier litigation talent to meet growing client demand in complex commercial and regulatory disputes.

Holly brings extensive experience acting in high value and reputationally sensitive multibillion-dollar litigation, including class actions, regulatory enforcement and major commercial disputes across sectors such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, consumer goods, energy and resources and technology. She’s a trusted adviser on high-stakes class actions involving shareholder claims, product liability, financial products, unfair contract terms and ESG risks. Holly also regularly acts in significant investigations and inquiries led by ASIC, ACCC, royal commissions and parliamentary inquiries.

Co-Founder and Chairman Danny Gilbert said:

We are delighted to welcome Holly to the partnership. Her energy, ambition and commercial judgement strengthen our ability to support clients in their most significant disputes. Together with the recent arrival of Daniel Moloney, Holly’s appointment underscores our commitment to being the firm of choice for complex dispute resolution.

Danny Gilbert

Holly will work closely with the broader G+T Disputes and Investigations team nationally, providing strategic and responsive advice to leading corporates, institutions and boards navigating an increasingly complex risk and regulatory landscape.
