He advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, specialising in patent litigation and IP compliance. He supports clients in respect of their intellectual property disputes including in the Federal Court of Australia, commercial and legal risk management and conducting reviews for compliance and best practice. Alexander also supports clients in relation to consumer product clearance, advertisement and regulatory advice.

Alexander advises clients across all sectors, with a particular interest in healthcare and life sciences, consumer and retail, and mining sectors.
