Biography

Alexander is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Banking + Infrastructure group.

His major areas of practice are infrastructure and projects and associated financings. Alexander works with consortiums, arrangers, financiers, borrowers and investors on projects, PPP/infrastructure, and also on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.

Alexander has a Master of Laws (International) and a Bachelor of Science & Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from FINSIA/Kaplan. He has also completed the Infrastructure in a Market Economy course at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Alexander was recognised in the areas of Construction/Infrastructure Law and Project Finance and Development since 2015.
