Melissa Fai

Melissa is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Tech + IP group specialising in Technology + Digital.

Her practice focuses on complex outsourcing, IT and related procurement or supply transactions, from both a customer and supplier perspective, including IT transformation projects and business process outsourcing.

As part of her practice, Melissa also advises clients on their privacy and data protection compliance obligations in relation to their commercial and marketing practices and data usage requirements.

She also has significant experience supporting M&A transactions, advising on the technology and operational separation and transition issues associated with large and complex M&A transactions.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University.
