Gilbert + Tobin facilitates successful ACCC clearance for Sigma Healthcare on its transformational merger with Chemist Warehouse

G+T is excited to announce its role in the successful merger clearance by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) of Sigma Healthcare with CW Group, the parent company of Chemist Warehouse. The ACCC has confirmed it will not oppose the merger following the acceptance of a court-enforceable undertaking from Sigma.
