Gilbert + Tobin has advised Deutsche Bank AG (London and Sydney Branches) on the debt financing of Resolution Life Group’s (“Resolution”) A$3 billion acquisition of AMP Life. Resolution is a global manager of in-force life insurance businesses, and AMP Life is the largest mature and wealth protection business in Australia and New Zealand.
