G+T advises Orica on $180 million sale of Minova

Gilbert + Tobin advised Orica (ASX: ORI) on the $180 million sale of its Minova business to European based investment firm Aurelius Group. The transaction completed on 28 February 2022. The Minova business provides ground support and geotechnical solutions for mining, tunnelling and surface ground engineering projects. Minova has operations in more than 25 countries.

The Gilbert + Tobin team worked closely with Orica’s M&A and legal teams. Gilbert + Tobin also worked closely with leading law firms in Austria, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and US.
