Jason Oliver

Jason is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin's Disputes + Investigations group.

Jason has over 16 years’ experience in significant commercial disputes, Royal Commissions and inquiries, investigations and enforcement, administrative law matters, white collar crime and minimising financial and reputational risk. 

Jason has practised in multiple jurisdictions in Australia and internationally, and has acted for the Australian Government and its departments and agencies, as well as several major multinationals, banks, financial services firms and professional services firms in some of their most highly complex, high profile and high value disputes and regulatory matters.

Jason has a Bachelor or Laws (Second Class Hons), Bachelor of Management from the University of Canberra and a Master of Laws (Government and Commercial Law) from the Australian National University.
