Gilbert + Tobin has advised US-based private equity fund STORY3 Capital Partners, LLC (STORY3) on its acquisition of a majority stake of Coco Republic, a well-known Australian furnishings retailer. Coco Republic has 14 stores in Australia and New Zealand. In connection with this acquisition, G+T also advised STORY3 on its acquisition financing, helping STORY3 enter into a secured term loan and revolving loan credit facilities.
